Brigg Community Memorial Garden
The transformation of a derelict site to a Community Memorial Garden by the family and friends of Josh Parkin in memory of a much loved son, brother and friend. Sadly, Josh was a passenger in a car that was being driven irresponsibly at speed, which resulted in a horrendous car crash that cost Josh his life. The poster board messages designed by Josh's brother Marc, are aimed at making people stop and think about the consequences of ill-informed decisions and actions. The garden was delivered through community effort and the generosty of local businesses and the Humberside Police who sponsored the cost of materials, turf and plants.
